Who is BizLite?
Business Lighter By Technology, Inc. (BizLite) was incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in 2015. The incorporators are a group of professionals who have gained wealth of experience from private sectors and public practice, both in local and international market.
The origin of Business Lighter by Technology, Inc. (Bizlite) was driven by current advances in technology development and global business management trends. This direction made it necessary for businesses to evolve in order to stay competitive, and raised our customers, stakeholders, and authorities’ compliance expectations higher than ever.
In the Philippine market, there’s a huge gap in SME’s processes automation and quality professional service provider. At Bizlite, we understood the gap between global market trends and local, small to medium (SME) traditionally available resources. We are committed to bridge that gap, in order that business owners can focus on growing their core business.

MEET OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM
Ayena, a Philippine CPA, Xero Certified Advisor – Director for Business Advisory Services.
A co-founder of Bizlite. Prior to Bizlite’s inception, Ayena had over twenty years of employment experience from diverse industries, multicultural environments, and in local and international markets. She was a former external auditor from a big four. After her stint in public practice she worked in the private sector with different industries such as housing, food processing, facility management, paper converter, non-profit organization, publishing and oil and gas. Throughout her years of employment, Ayena has held various positions from rank and file up to management level. She has acquired a skill set which includes, initiating the start-up phase of an accounting department, designing internal control and process efficiency, leading, managing, implementing ERP systems, and add-ons integration. During her employment, she had the opportunity of being seconded by companies for training, professional development, and participating in project in other countries work such as: Austria, China, United States, Norway, Denmark, Nigeria, Ghana and England.
Ayena loves to travel, meet people, and spend time exploring the outdoors.
Edmond, a Philippine CPA with Xero & Quickbooks certifications, is a co-founder of Bizlite and has 35 years working experience from different industries in the private sector, under a multi-cultural environment in local and international markets. He has gained significant experience in trading businesses, construction and petrochemical manufacturing industries, dealing in the functional areas of Finance, Accounting and Human Resources.
He is instrumental in achieving the Advisor certifications (in Xero, Quickbooks, etc.) for all Bizlite staff. His special skills lie in business systems and process design and implementation and vital records administration. His exposures to business operations under the SAP environment proved useful in leading the Bizlite team towards the Xero Accounting cloud solutions/migration for its clients.
Calit, a Philippine CPA with Xero & Quickbooks certifications, has almost 40 years solid experience in Retail & Supermarkets, having worked in various capacities as Inventory Analyst, Store Supervisor, Branch Manager, Operations Manager and Area/Territory Manager in different premier retails establishments in the country.
His people skills and management skills have been honed during his stint in different retail business environments while occupying responsible positions. His core strengths lie in his deep understanding of sales analyses, supply chain operations, chain inventory management, budgeting, cost controls, pricing & financial reports, and physical store operation and management. His practical insights have helped a lot of our clients gain a deeper understanding of their revenues, margins and costs.
Argie, a CTT (Certified Tax Technician), Xero & Quickbooks Certified Advisor, is the point person for managing Bizlite Taxation services to our clients.
He is well-versed in the monthly tax compliance with the BIR, Compensation Annualization and other mandatory filings (SSS, PHIC, HDMF). He has acquired numerous practical experience involving special engagements related to resolving BIR LOA, participation in various BIR meetings, etc. His expertise and focus on tax matters have immensely helped Bizlite Clients resolve their tax issues.
